I’m a dedicated west coast swing and solo dance teacher based in Carcavelos, Portugal. I’m from the UK, born in London with Portuguese parents!
With a passion for dance and teaching, I aim to warmly help people in their own unique dance journey.
I love providing opportunities for people to engage in group lessons, private sessions, and online classes.

It’s very important for me to be warm and genuine with people. Lessons revolve around creating a supportive and encouraging environment for students to learn and grow. I believe in personalised instruction, focusing on individual progress, and fostering joy & growth in the art of west coast swing and solo dance.

Notable Achivements
I compete on the west coast swing European competition circuit and was delighted to reach the World Swing Dance Council (WSDC) Advanced Division this year!
I placed 1st in in the Intermediate Jack & Jill at UpTown Swing 2024 (Sweden) and 2nd in the Intermediate Jack & Jill and 2nd in Open Strictly Swing at the Dutch Open 2024!
I’ve completed the Professional Dance Instructor's Association (PDIA) course in west coast swing, taught and examined by the fabulous US professional, Michael Keihm of Starlight Studios in California, organised by West Coast Swing UK.
I was honoured to play a part as a dancer at the spectacular London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony and was awarded the "West Coast Swing UK" Dancers' Favourite Male Dancer Award three times in the annual vote!
I current take solo classes at Jazzy Dance Studios and have danced styles like ballet, street jazz, hip hop, contemporary and dancehall. Solo dance also gives me a lot of joy!
I’ve also taken classes at Laban, Pineapple Dance Studios and taught/trained with the Hillsong Dance Team. I’ve performed at shows in some of Lisbon’s most inspirational venues including Coliseu, Tivoli and Capitolio.
